Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a Pharm D degree from an accredited educational institution.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure within 90 days of hire.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmacy consulting services to customers regarding effective medication usage.
