Qualifications

Customer relations skills and ability to provide exceptional service.
Demonstrates sound business ethics.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and Access.
Detail oriented with ability to prioritize tasks.
Interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work different schedules to meet store and customer needs.

Responsibilities

Assist in daily store pharmacy operations and team coverage.
Provide exceptional customer service and support sales and margins.
Assist with inventory management, purchasing and expenses.
Ensure compliance with local, state, federal laws and company policies.
Participate in Pharmacy Care programs under supervision, including immunizations.
Support MTM and adherence platforms.
Contribute to improving pharmacy workflow and financial performance.
Prepare, dispense and sell prescriptions under supervision of a pharmacist.
Communicate with patients to ensure understanding of drug therapy and interactions.
Collaborate with leadership to meet sales objectives and promote patient care.
