Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist and pharmacy team in processing prescriptions.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information.
• Support customer experience by greeting and assisting customers.
• Report prescription errors to pharmacist and adhere to Quality Improvement Program.
• Assist with inventory management and stocking of pharmaceuticals.
• Follow Walgreens policies and procedures for dispensing and customer service.
