Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues for a positive experience.
• Models and shares customer service best practices to deliver a distinctive Walgreens experience.
• Under pharmacist supervision, assist in the practice of pharmacy and in entering, processing, and dispensing prescriptions.
• Assist with inventory management, stocking, and store duties, maintaining compliance with policies.
• Report prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhere to quality procedures.
