Responsibilities

• Assists in preparing medications and prescriptions under supervision.
• Enters medication orders accurately into the pharmacy system.
• Prepares IV admixtures, TPN, and chemotherapy under supervision.
• Advises physicians and patients on proper usage and dosage of medications.
• Operates the unit dose delivery system under supervision.
• Performs duties safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Provides drug information and responds to requests.
