Job summary

CVS Health in Lancaster, SC is offering a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern program in our retail pharmacy. You will support pharmacy teams, complete a comprehensive training roadmap, and help ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.

Preferred candidates are enrolled in an ACPE-accredited pharmacy program, enrolled or pursuing intern/technician licensure, and ready to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Accepted into, or actively enrolled in, an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive training roadmap focused on core KLEs.
• Support pharmacists and technicians in workflow and patient services.
• Counsel patients and respond to basic medical questions under supervision.
• Assist with immunizations and point-of-care testing where state regulations allow.
