Job summary

CVS Health invites applications for a part-time 3rd year Pharmacy Intern in Ogden, UT. You will apply classroom knowledge to real-world practice under a preceptor, gaining hands-on experience across store, district, and regional operations.

You will complete a training roadmap with key learning experiences, while helping the team ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and excellent patient service.

Qualifications

• Accepted into, or actively enrolled in an ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Currently possess or are in the process of obtaining intern/technician licensure as required by state.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities are essential.
• Ability to work in a retail pharmacy environment with accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are processed accurately and promptly.
• Assist with immunizations and point-of-care services where allowed by state regulations.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflows at various workstations (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off).
• Deliver empathetic, high-quality customer service to patients and colleagues.
