CVS Health Corporation in Washington, DC is seeking a 3rd year pharmacy intern for a part-time role in a retail pharmacy. Under a licensed pharmacist, you will support patient safety, education and daily pharmacy operations while delivering compassionate care.

Accepted into an ACPE‑accredited program with 0–3 years of experience is expected. Strong communication skills are required; immunization eligibility is preferred and Microsoft Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Immunization eligibility preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead with Heart – display empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues on your team.
• Ensure patient safety and safe pharmacy operations under pharmacist supervision.
• Assist with regulatory requirements, quality assurance, and inventory management.
• Provide excellent customer service and support pharmacy workflow (excluding final prescription verification).
