Job summary

CVS Health seeks a 3rd year pharmacy intern to join the pharmacy team. Under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist, you will help deliver safe, effective care to patients and support daily operations in retail pharmacy.

You will participate in patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance while developing technical skills and professional practice in a busy health care setting. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• 0-3 years relevant work experience
• Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
• Ability to regular attend, including weekends
• Be mobile and remain upright for extended periods
