Job summary

CVS Health in Sparks, Nevada is seeking a 3rd year pharmacy intern to join our retail pharmacy team under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. The role supports patient care, safety, regulatory compliance, and daily operations to keep the pharmacy running smoothly.

This part-time internship offers exposure to dispensing workflows, inventory management, customer service, and opportunities to develop professional skills in a dynamic health care setting.

Qualifications

• Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
• 0-3 years relevant work experience
• Must possess or be in process of obtaining valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective Retail Pharmacy operations under supervision
• Support patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, and customer service
• Assist with inventory and workflow management
• Ensure a collaborative team culture
