Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensure in the state where the position is based within 120 days of intern hours
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Lift and exert up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally and up to 10 lbs. frequently
• Immunization eligibility when regulations allow

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner in-store and at drive-thru
• Assist pharmacy and front store customers with questions and concerns
• Process prescriptions including SIG translation, labeling, and dispensing
• Resolve third party rejections and complete manual claim forms
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and regulations
