CVS Health is launching a Non-US Accredited Foreign Graduate Training Program in the United States. This role focuses on delivering an immersive learning plan to complete required US internship hours and attain licensure as a pharmacist.

Participants will gain hands-on experience in patient care, practice management, and leadership within CVS Health, while aligning with regulatory requirements and CVS standards for quality and service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Pharmacist degree (PharmD) or equivalent for Non-US graduates.
• Licensure as a Pharmacy Intern in the state of the district is required.
• Non-US Accredited Foreign Graduates must complete US internship and licensure processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in-store and drive-thru, addressing questions and concerns.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and CVS policies.
• Process prescriptions, labeling, and verification under supervision.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and workflow improvements.
• Deliver immunization preparation and related services as allowed by state law.
• Lead and develop Pharmacy Support Staff to improve performance and engagement.
