Job summary
CVS Health Corporation in Bonney Lake, WA is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern for a part-time, on-site role. You will apply pharmacy school knowledge under a licensed pharmacist, support operations, counsel patients, and learn immunization and dispensing workflows while delivering trusted care to customers.
The role requires enrollment in an ACPE-accredited pharmacy program, active intern licensure, strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills, and a willingness to travel within
Qualifications
- Accepted into, or actively enrolled in, an ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy
- Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, intern and/or technician licensure as required
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel within the market if needed
Responsibilities
- Assist the pharmacy team to ensure pharmacy operations run smoothly
- Help ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately
- Demonstrate empathy and provide caring service to patients
- Participate in immunization services where allowed and trained
- Complete basic inventory tasks and support SOPs
- Learn and apply CVS policies to protect patient privacy and safety
