Responsabilités

• Oversees operational and financial management for the Pharmacy Home Medical Equipment (HME) and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) program.
• Recruits, interviews, and hires staff; provides direct supervision and staff development.
• Manages budget performance for all home care pharmacy operations.
• Identifies growth opportunities for the area and collaborates with related programs.
• Develops policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and quality care.
• Coordinates with Home Infusion and other ambulatory programs to deliver HME-DME services.
