Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a pharmacist to lead direct patient care and wellness services within a community-focused team. You will build meaningful patient relationships, manage pharmacy operations, and collaborate with colleagues to improve medication therapy and outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a Pharm.D or equivalent, possess an active state license with NABP FPGEC if required, and be a certified immunizer. Flexible scheduling and community-oriented care are emphasized.

We Are Looking For Candidates Who Possess The Following

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
