Albertsons Companies is seeking a pharmacist to join our Prescott Valley, AZ team. You will deliver direct patient care, manage medication therapy, and support disease state management while building relationships with the community.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist must have a Doctor of Pharmacy degree or NABP FPGEC.
• Active state pharmacy license in practice states with good standing.
• Certified Immunizer required.

We Are Looking For Candidates Who Possess The Following

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
• Must have an active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing
• Certified Immunizer Required
• Ability to work a variety of schedules
