Walmart Inc. invites a recent pharmacy graduate to join the pharmacy team as a Grad Intern in Le Mars, IA.

You will gain hands-on experience, advocate for patient wellbeing, and support community health initiatives in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting. As part of the program, you will learn clinical care processes, confidentiality rules, and how to collaborate with the pharmacy team to deliver safe, effective care.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in final year at an accredited Pharmacy school.
• Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and implementing best practices.
• Ability to foster relationships with customers and the pharmacy team.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure confidentiality of information and records per policies and laws.
• Assist with processing prescription and OTC orders.
• Deliver patient care by assessing needs and guiding therapies.
• Receive and stock merchandise from distribution centers and suppliers.
