Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Pharmacy Grad Intern in Sequim, WA to begin a hands-on, patient-centered experience in a community pharmacy setting. You will learn to protect patient health, support pharmacy operations, and advocate for patient wellbeing while adhering to company policies and legal requirements.

You will help with processing prescriptions, manage inventory, and participate in confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in final year at an accredited Pharmacy school.
• Pharmacy immunization delivery certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure confidentiality of information, documentation, and records per policies and laws.
• Help process prescription and OTC orders and purchases.
• Deliver patient care by recognizing needs and guiding clinical therapies.
• Receive and stock merchandise and supplies from distribution centers.
