Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking a Filling Pharmacy Technician to work along the conveyor, processing prescriptions and supporting inventory and packing to ensure timely delivery to patients. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and strong communication with internal teams.

Full-time position with 40 hours weekly; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and paid holidays. Prior pharmacy experience is preferred and TX registration is desired or obtainable upon hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification Board certification and Texas Board of Pharmacy registration preferred.
• If not registered, must be willing to obtain registration upon hire.
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Prior experience in a pharmacy environment preferred.
• Prior pharmacy technician experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process prescriptions at designated filling station along the conveyor.
• Maintain the accuracy and efficiency of order fulfillment.
• Responsible for stocked received pharmacy inventory.
• Maintain filling station cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure filling station is properly stocked at all times.
• Packaging orders to be shipped out to patients.
• Monitor station queues.
• Maintain appropriate level of quality assurance to meet patient needs.
• Accountable for meeting daily pharmacy goals to ensure timely delivery to patients.
• Demonstrates superior written and verbal skills to communicate with internal counterparts to resolve patient issues.

• Other duties as assigned.
