Guardian Pharmacy, LLC, a leading long-term care pharmacy provider, seeks an Inventory Pharmacy Technician in Fenton, MO. The role focuses on monitoring and maintaining inventory to ensure smooth operations, accurate counts, and timely replenishment in a fast-paced pharmacy setting.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED, state licensure/registration for pharmacy technicians, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required and Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration per state requirements.
• National Certification (PTCB) preferred.
• Experience with inventory management and pharmacy operations systems is desired.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, unpack and check in orders daily.
• Place and organize inventory on shelves and ensure proper labeling.
• Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, restock from overstock as needed.
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies and update NDCs as required.
• Support quarterly physical inventory and assist with filling/packaging prescriptions.

Ensures pharmacy has sufficient supply of inventory to meet operational needs while maintaining targeted inventory levels. **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (include the following):*** Receive, process, unpack and check in orders on daily basis* Place and organize inventory on shelves. Ensure products are labeled.* Perform daily cycle count activities and inventory audits* Monitor and maintain adequate inventory levels. Restock shelves from overstock daily.
