Qualifications

• Education and/or experience completed or working towards a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license for business travel purposes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package fulfilled prescription medications for final distribution back to local pharmacies or directly to patients.
• Organize printed prescription information by patient during the packaging steps to safeguard HIPAA information.
• Ensure printed prescription information corresponds to prepared prescriptions prior to bagging.
• Sort, pack, and process prescription totes for shipment to local stores.
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counts; maintain FIFO stock rotation.
• Support central fill dispensing system and dispensing automation to meet daily production goals.
• Maintain knowledge of packaging, shipping, and inventory systems.
• Provide operational support to pharmacists and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
• Report suspected prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty.
• Adhere to policies related to central fill and pharmacy operations.
