A leading healthcare provider in the United States is seeking a Manager, FP&A – Pharmacy. This position serves as a key financial leader, responsible for forecasting and performance management across the pharmacy sector. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of FP&A experience, expertise in financial modeling, and proficiency in tools such as NetSuite and Power BI. This role provides the opportunity to work collaboratively with business unit leaders to drive financial insights and uphold operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience, preferably within pharmacy services.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with operational leaders to influence decisions.
• ERP implementation or ERP-based FP&A experience (preferably NetSuite).

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles for the Pharmacy business.
• Develop and maintain Power BI and NetSuite dashboards tracking KPIs.
• Partner with Accounting for visibility around invoice activity and accruals.
