Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies in Memphis, TN is seeking a licensed pharmacist to provide professional pharmacy services, fill prescriptions, counsel patients, and supervise pharmacy technicians.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide professional pharmacy services including filling prescriptions and counseling patients.

• Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines.
• Interpret prescriptions and enter data into computer systems accurately.
• Administer immunizations under defined protocols and provide MTM services.
• Monitor patient profiles and inventory; maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with prescribers on therapy appropriateness and safety.
