Job summary

Spherion Vermont is seeking a Filler Pharmacy Technician to support packaging medication orders and ensure accuracy per prescription labels. You will assist in inventory control, restocking, and maintain compliance with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include accurate order fulfillment, inventory management, and adherence to regulatory training programs while supporting pharmacy operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency with RX computer systems and knowledge of medications.
• Regulatory training: HIPAA Privacy & Security, Fraud, Waste, and Abuse, MethGuard.
• Must pass pre-employment and/or random drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment: count, seal, and label prescription cards; verify NDC matches labels.
• Inventory management: restock and manage credits; ensure stocking levels.
• Quality & maintenance: keep workstations clean; follow QA protocols; meet production goals.
• Compliance: complete regulatory training and perform other duties to support pharmacy operations.
