Job summary

North Memorial Health is seeking a Pharmacy Intern to perform clinical and distributive pharmacy services under the supervision of a pharmacist. The intern will participate in pharmacy activities as progress is made, with increasing latitude granted by the preceptor.

This year‑round, on‑site internship follows the Minnesota Pharmacy Internship Competency Manual. Scheduling requires 1 weekday and every 3rd weekend, with Friday evenings possibly required; shifts run 5:00pm–10:00pm on weekdays and

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited pharmacy program.
• Familiarity with the Minnesota Pharmacy Internship Competency Manual.
• Knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical terminology.
• Strong attention to detail and ethical conduct.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical and distributive pharmacy services under pharmacist supervision.
• Progressively gain more responsibility as trusted by the preceptor.
• Respond to emergency situations with a licensed pharmacist for educational purposes.
