Ideal candidates are punctual, discreet with patient information, and capable of lifting moderate packages. Prior delivery or customer-facing experience is a plus, and a clean driving record is required.

Qualifications

Valid driver license and clean driving record.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion (HIPAA).
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift and carry moderate-weight packages.
Prior delivery or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely deliver prescription medications and pharmacy products to patients' homes and facilities.
Handle and transport medications with care, maintaining packaging and confidentiality.
Collect signatures, co-payments, and other required documentation upon delivery.
Communicate courteously with patients and customers at each stop.
Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely service.
Maintain accurate delivery logs and report any issues to pharmacy staff.
Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and in good working condition.
