Job summary

CVS Health’s Omnicare Pharmacy is hiring a part-time Delivery Driver to deliver prescription orders and related products to long-term care facilities and patients’ homes on a predetermined route and schedule in a company vehicle. You will ensure compliance with HIPAA and maintain patient confidentiality while providing courteous service.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and flexibility for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Possess geographical knowledge of service area.
• Flexibility required; Nights and Weekends.
• Current, valid driver's license in the state for the vehicle's operation.
• Ability to drive for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely and accurate delivery of medication, equipment, products and supplies.
• Load products/materials onto delivery vehicle.
• Maintain vehicle and report maintenance issues.
• Comply with Federal, State and Local laws and HIPAA.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Provide customer service to support pharmacy operations.
