Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Delivery Driver for CVS Pharmacy to collaborate with the pharmacy, patients and nursing homes, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of medications and related items. The role emphasizes strong customer service, confidentiality, and efficient routing in a fast-paced environment.

Typical weekly hours are 29 with a pay range of $16.00–$28.84 per hour. Benefits, training, and a supportive team are provided to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
• Must possess and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Must be able to bend, lift and carry up to 25 lbs and walk stairs.
• Must be physically active for the entire shift and stand for intermittent periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive to delivery locations and coordinate with pharmacy staff to ensure timely deliveries.
• Transport and deliver medications and items to patients in a safe and secure manner.
• Maintain a delivery log per policies, including recipient identification when required.
• Report status and issues to pharmacy management.
• Ensure patient confidentiality.
• Operate and maintain company vehicle if provided; otherwise use personal vehicle and mileage reimbursement.
• Provide excellent customer service and multitask under limited supervision.
• Route navigation using basic map programs; shifts may be full-time or part-time depending on business needs.
