Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Services & Delivery associate in West Des Moines, IA. The role delivers radiopharmaceuticals/oncology meds to medical providers, prepares shipments, and scans orders on a handheld tablet.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. You will work 30 hours weekly, Mon-Fri, with overtime based on need.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Prior delivery driving experience a plus.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Ability to manage weight up to 75 pounds.
• Comfortable driving in all weather conditions day or night.
• Ability to sit, stand, be mobile and operate a vehicle for extended periods.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-call/holidays on rotation.
• Flexibility to work various shifts or overtime.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and makes deliveries to customer accounts on assigned route using a company vehicle (non-CDL).
• Packages radiopharmaceutical medication for shipment, performs testing, and loads/unloads containers.
• Uses a handheld tablet to scan customer orders for accuracy, obtain route stop information and navigation.
• Processes packages returned from customer locations.
• Maintains vehicles in proper working condition and may perform minor roadside repairs.
• Performs general facility cleaning and other duties as required
