Job summary

CVS Health Corporation's Omnicare Pharmacy seeks a Delivery Driver to transport prescription orders to long-term care facilities and patients' homes on a scheduled route in a company vehicle.

Responsibilities include timely delivery, loading, vehicle maintenance, and compliance with HIPAA and all laws. No prior professional driving experience is required, but a valid driver's license and customer service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Geographical knowledge of service area.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
• Current, valid driver’s license for vehicle operation.
• Ability to drive for long periods of time.
• Customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate delivery of medication, equipment, products and/or supplies to long-term care facilities or patients’ homes.
• Load products/materials.
• Responsible for vehicle maintenance and alerting management for maintenance issues.
• Maintain full compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations.
• Maintain highest professional and ethical standards.
• Follow HIPAA and other regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.
