Job summary

Symbria Rx Great Lakes in Sharpsburg, PA is seeking a Pharmacy Delivery Driver to deliver medications and supplies to client communities and residents. This role requires safe driving, route execution, and accurate order verification.

You will inspect vehicles, document deliveries, support pharmacy software, and provide friendly customer service to communities. Weekend and holiday coverage may be required to support 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot basic computer problems.
• General computer knowledge including Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inspect assigned vehicle; check fluid levels, gas, and air pressure and adjust accordingly.
• Verify all orders are properly processed and bagged for delivery.
• Follow pre-assigned delivery routes and meet daily deadlines.
• Return all items sent back by the community to the appropriate area after each run.
• Complete and file all documentation required regarding deliveries, including signatures.
• Assist in the process of community returns in pharmacy software per policies.
• Communicate client concerns to management.
• Complete on-site medication replenishments at client communities when required.
