Job summary

AbsoluteCare is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our Pharmacy Team and Care Teams in Maryland. You will transport and deliver medications to members, ensuring timely delivery and proper handling.

Responsibilities include coordinating with staff, maintaining logs, protecting patient confidentiality, and delivering with excellent customer service. Ability to multitask and work independently is required.

Qualifications

• Satisfactory motor vehicle record.
• Must have reliable, legal transportation (registered and insured).
• Maintain valid driver’s license and personal vehicle insurance.
• Basic computer skills including competency with Microsoft Outlook or similar scheduling tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable driving in all weather conditions during day or night hours.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Prior delivery driving experience a plus.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Compensation

$15.00 per hour, plus a $5.00 commission and mileage reimbursement.

Job Summary

This role works with our Pharmacy Team as well as our Care Teams to ensure all members receive their medications. This role will also be responsible to make deliveries to members who have not received their medications timely.

Exposed to the diseases and infections of patients daily. May share workspace with other technicians and staff.
