Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Delivery Driver for Omnicare Pharmacy to deliver prescription orders to long-term care facilities and patients’ homes on a predetermined route. You will load, inspect, and maintain the vehicle while upholding patient confidentiality and regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, a current driver’s license, and the ability to work nights and weekends. Prior delivery experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Possess geographical knowledge of service area.
• Flexibility required Nights and Weekends.
• Current, valid driver’s license for the vehicle operated.
• Ability to drive for long periods of time.
• Customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prescription orders and products to long-term care facilities or patients' homes.
• Load products/materials and maintain vehicle.
• Ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA and provide courteous service.
• Support the team to fill prescriptions promptly and safely.
