Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a pharmacy technician-focused candidate to enter medication orders for facilities and ensure proper third-party billing. You will service facilities, manage patient and facility data, and perform monthly billing while maintaining accurate records.

The role may require travel to homes or facilities for meetings or drug exchanges and involvement in onboarding new staff. Training and regulatory courses are part of the job.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• AS degree or higher preferred in Business Administration or related field.
• 3–6 months experience as a pharmacy technician preferred.
• Hospital or retail pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Entering medication orders for multiple facilities accurately.
• Handling Third Party claims billing and ensuring proper billing.
• Providing customer service and problem resolution to facilities.
• Maintaining accurate patient profiles and medication data.
