Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Strong math skills for prescriptions and cashiering.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services; resolve questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Model and share customer service best practices with team members.
• Provide courteous, fast, and efficient service at all times.
• Recommend items for sale and suggest trade‑ups or companion products.
• Register purchases, handle cash, process refunds/exchanges as needed, and assist customers to locate items.
• Maintain clean, well‑merchandised counters and shelves; check in/price merchandise as directed.
• Assist Pharmacy Manager and Pharmacist with dispensing workflow and pharmacy systems; support patient information entry and error reporting.
• Report prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and comply with policies and the Quality Improvement Program.
• Follow Good Faith Dispensing policy and store policies; adhere to professional conduct.
• Assist with inventory management and warehouse processes; support stock rotation and displays.
• Provide photo area services and assist with orders placed online (web pick‑up).
• Ensure overall store appearance and compliance with company policies; support special assignments.
