You will greet customers, help locate products, and handle standard checkout processes. The position requires flexibility, accuracy with prescriptions, and a focus on service quality.

Formación

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of retail experience.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math and computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide courteous, friendly, efficient checkout service at the register.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision in dispensing, using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information.
• Engage customers, answer questions, and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Replenish shelves, set up displays, and maintain store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Process prescriptions, instructions, and related clerical tasks as directed by Pharmacy Manager.
• Support pharmacy department on inventory management and ordering.
• Assist with photo area services and web order pickups.
