Job summary

Walgreens in Lakeland, FL is hiring for a frontline associate who delivers a friendly customer experience and supports the pharmacy team under supervision. You will ring purchases, assist customers with products, and help pharmacists by entering patient and drug information in pharmacy systems while ensuring accuracy.

You will also maintain clean shelves, stock, process returns, and support store operations including photo services and web-pickup tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Retail experience preferred; pharmacy support experience is a plus.
• PTCB certification required or in process.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists under supervision with prescription processing.
• Register sales on the cash register and provide courteous checkout service.
• Maintain clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves.
• Handle inventory, pricing, and stock rotation.
• Support pharmacy operations including data entry and error reporting.
• Provide customer service in photo area and assist web order pickups.
