Job summary

Walgreens in Ocala, FL is seeking a Pharmacy / Customer Experience Team member to deliver a distinctive customer experience at the point of sale and support the pharmacist in dispensing medications.

You will register sales, assist with prescriptions, and use pharmacy systems to access patient information while ensuring compliance with policies. A flexible schedule and prior retail or Walgreens exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior experience with Walgreens.
• Prefer good math skills to fill prescriptions accurately.
• Prefer good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly checkout service at the register.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision in dispensing and processing prescriptions.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising.
