This position is ideal for a licensed pharmacy technician who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys problem-solving, and excels in customer service. Youll be the first point of contact for patients and providers, offering support with pharmacy-related inquiries, scheduling, and issue resolution.
Training Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
- Weekday Shifts:
- 6:00 AM 3:00 PM
- 6:30 AM 3:30 PM
- 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
- 7:30 AM 4:30 PM
- 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
- 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
- 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
- Saturday Shifts:
- 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
- 9:00 AM 7:00 PM
- (One weekday off is provided when scheduled on Saturday. Sundays may be added in the future.)
- Answering inbound calls from patients and providers
- Assisting with prescription transfers, appointment scheduling, and general inquiries
- Handling grievances and complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborating with pharmacy and medical departments to ensure seamless support
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring HIPAA compliance
- Active California Pharmacy Technician License (in good standing)
- High school diploma or GED
- Must obtain PTCB certification within 1 year of hire (if not already certified)
- Strong communication, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset
- Must be able to work all rotating shifts listed above (non-negotiable)
