The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends, basic math and computer skills, and a willingness to learn pharmacy systems under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for counting, measuring, and weighing medications.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist pharmacist under direct supervision in dispensing and medication information.
• Register sales at cash register and handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Provide courteous customer service and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain clean and merchandised counters and shelves, and assist with inventory.
• Process third‑party prescription claims and support pharmacy workflow.
• Support Pharmacy Manager with scheduling and workflow.
• Adhere to company policies and Pharmacy Code of Conduct.
