Job summary

Walgreens in Mount Pleasant, SC seeks a frontline Customer Experience Associate to greet customers, assist with products, and support the pharmacy team. You will ring up purchases, process payments, and help with inventory and merchandising while delivering friendly, efficient service.

The role includes assisting pharmacists, maintaining store standards, and participating in training to maintain PTCB certification. On-site with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for prescriptions, counting, measuring and weighing medications.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with store inventory control.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Operates cash register, processes payments, voids, returns, and exchanges as needed.
• Assist pharmacy team with filling prescriptions and managing workflow.
• Maintain counters, shelves, inventory, and proper merchandising.
• Provide photo area services and web-pickup support.
• Support Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist with assigned duties.
