Job summary

Walgreens in Rock Hill, SC seeks a friendly, detail-oriented teammate to assist customers and support the pharmacy team. You will greet customers, operate the cash register, and help with product recommendations while upholding safety and service standards.

Under supervision, you will assist pharmacists with prescription processing, maintain accurate records, and help with inventory, store cleanliness, and customer care across departments.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment (preferred).
• Prior Walgreens experience (preferred).
• Good math skills for counting, measuring and weighing medications (preferred).
• Good computer skills (preferred).
• Knowledge of store inventory control (preferred).
• PTCB certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers; deliver courteous checkout service.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision with prescriptions and pharmacy tasks.
• Operate cash register; handle returns, exchanges, and payments.
• Maintain store cleanliness, shelving, and merchandise displays.
• Support inventory management and pharmacy system data entry.
• Handle third-party claims and clerical duties as needed.
• Provide photo area services and web-pickup support.
• Follow company policies including Code of Conduct and Good Faith Dispensing.
• Respect team and maintain professional conduct.
