Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Customer Service/Pharmacy Clerk in Moore, OK. You will greet customers, operate registers, and provide friendly, efficient checkout service while assisting the pharmacist under supervision.

You will process prescriptions, manage inventory, stock shelves, and support store operations to deliver a distinctive Walgreens experience. Fluency in English and availability for evenings/weekends are required; PTCB certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English reading, writing and speaking.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Experience in retail or grocery environments preferred.
• Strong math and basic computer skills for cashiering and product entry.
• Knowledge of store inventory control is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on the cash register and provides courteous checkout service.
• Assists pharmacist under supervision, uses pharmacy systems to process prescriptions.
• Engages customers, resolves issues, and promotes a positive customer experience.
• Performs merchandising, pricing, stock, and inventory tasks as directed.
• Supports Pharmacy Manager with inventory management and claims processing.
• Handles non-pharmacist calls and supports store operations as needed.
