Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for accurate prescription counting.
• Good computer skills preferred.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous checkout service.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision with pharmacy workflows and patient information.
• Engage customers, greet and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Recommend items and potential trade-up or companion products.
• Maintain clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves; handle inventory and pricing as directed.
• Process prescriptions, ensure accuracy, and communicate potential interactions.
• Handle pharmacy errors per policy and adhere to Quality Improvement Program.
• Support pharmacy department on inventory management and pharmacy workflow.
• Provide customer service in photo area and assist with web order pickups.
