Job summary

JobRx, Inc. in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Pharmacy Clinical Specialist to support the Surgical Intensive Care Unit. This full-time, day-shift role offers exposure to brand-new equipment in a modern clinical facility and includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

You will collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team, participate in rounds, optimize therapy, and ensure medication safety. Florida licensure and ICU experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• PharmD or equivalent pharmacy degree.
• Active Florida pharmacist licensure.
• Clinical pharmacy experience required; ICU experience strongly preferred.
• Cerner experience preferred but not required.
• Epic experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical pharmacy services to surgical ICU patients.
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds.
• Optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes.
• Review medication regimens and make evidence-based recommendations.

A leading healthcare organization in South Florida is seeking a Pharmacy Clinical Specialist to support its Surgical Intensive Care Unit. This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding critical care program and work with brand-new equipment in a new clinical facility.

Position Highlights

• Day shift; schedule varies based on physician rounding
• Surgical ICU focus
• New building with brand-new equipment
• Approximately 10-16 beds in the new unit
• Critical care services expanding from approximately 400 to 467 beds
• On-call every 4th weekend
