Job summary

Walmart in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a pharmacist to provide comprehensive patient care by dispensing prescriptions, administering immunizations, and offering MTM and ongoing programs. You will counsel customers on health care and medications, maintain confidentiality, and support clinical services to improve outcomes.

The role guides clinical service delivery, analyzes trends and ensures quality, while leading colleagues in best practices and compliance with SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or PharmD or FPGEC certification.
• 1 year experience practicing as a licensed pharmacist.
• Pharmacist license in all states of a market by job entry date.
• Completion of APhA Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery Certificate program.
• CPR/AED Certification.
• State Immunization License requirements if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Process and dispense prescription orders accurately.
• Administer immunizations and provide MTM and health counseling.
• Counsel customers on health care and medication needs.
• Develop and implement clinical pharmacy services and MTM programs.
• Maintain confidential information and required documentation.
