Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to help customers live healthier lives.
• Comply with local, state and federal regulations and report illegal activity.
• Maintain clean, organized work stations and waiting areas.
• Follow HIPAA and privacy guidelines for customer information.
• Operate cash register, process payments, and handle tendering per policy.
• Assist with inventory control and shelf maintenance.
• Answer phones and triage inquiries; promote sales and services.
• Support health and wellness initiatives and community engagement.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicts calmly.
• Respect company values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
• Assist with vendor coupons, cash shortages, and shrink guidelines.
• Provide release to patient/product dispensing where allowed by state law.
• Encourage teamwork and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.
• Follow directions and seek help when resolving customer issues.
• Support customers including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
