Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (or 18+ depending on location requirements).
• Prior customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate computers, registers, and pharmacy systems.
• Strong communication and basic math skills required.
• Compliance with all company policies and applicable pharmacy regulations.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, process transactions, and assist with locating non-prescription items at the pharmacy counter.
• Direct questions to the pharmacist when needed to ensure accuracy and safety.
• Keep the pharmacy organized and running; assist with order processing and maintain cleanliness.
