Responsibilities

• Perform basic administrative duties such as scanning, filing and typing.
• Pack & organize final medication orders into delivery totes for delivery prep.
• Maintain excellent attendance to schedules; stay on task throughout the day.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Process all charges generated by the department from medication profiles and forms.
• Type all correspondence for the department.
• Receive incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person.
• Establish and maintain office and general files for the department.
• Provide receptionist duties for visitors and refer to other staff as needed.
• Distribute mail as appropriate.
