Omnicell, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Clerk (Bilingual Spanish) to serve the local community with patient-focused service, assist with POS operations, and provide medication information. You will support the pharmacy team to ensure accurate dispensing and helpful guidance to patients.

This role runs Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM–5:30 PM and Friday 8:30 AM–3:00 PM, with benefits starting on day one. You’ll work alongside dedicated professionals in a supportive environment at Omnicell.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.

Responsabilités

• Provide personalized customer service for patients in person and by phone, using active listening to guide them to the right pharmacy team member.
• Operate and maintain the point-of-sales system, prescription bins, and the storage and shipping of medications to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Support and help improve the pharmacy team, contributing to a positive patient experience and timely medication access.
